Rhodes Law Mediation

Tracy helps parties in family law and civil cases avoid court, save legal fees, and take back control over their lives through mediation. She believes that the best outcome is one that you create and choose for yourself. Tracy is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and is trained in civil mediation, domestic relations mediation, and domestic violence.

Mediation Rates

I book one mediation per day. I'm able to start as early as 8:00 a.m. or as late as 1:00 p.m. for simpler issues. My rate is $150 per hour per party.  I will collect payment by credit card at the conclusion of every mediation.

Cancellation Policy

Mediations must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Mediations cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal of $300.00.

About Tracy

Tracy has practiced family law and real estate litigation since 2005 and has found a calling in helping parties avoid court and find peace through mediation. Every case is different, but she is always honored to be part of the process of working on these important and difficult matters.

Although she almost always advises against it, sometimes trial is the only way to settle a dispute. Trials are expensive, time consuming, emotionally draining, and unpredictable. Tracy has found has found that mediation can be effective in putting an end to this harmful fighting.

As a litigator, Tracy has tried tons of cases, to both judges and juries, involving every aspect of family law, including complex relocation and custody issues, financial disputes, third-party custody, and many more conflicts.

Throughout her career, Tracy has also honed her expertise in real-estate litigation. Her specialty is in title and boundary issues and easements. She also has experience in condemnation, inverse condemnation, and many other aspects of eminent domain.
