At Rhodes Law, we like to keep things simple and predictable for our clients. We only offer fixed legal fees for all of our cases.

Fixed Legal Fees

You have enough things to worry about. Unpredictable legal fees shouldn't be one of them. At Rhodes Law, we make the legal fees for your case simple and fixed. Every stage of your case has a single fixed fee for that stage. Every client, every case.

This fixed fees cover all aspects legal services including:

  • Unlimited communication with us on your case including phone calls, emails, meetings, and use of our client portal
  • Negotiations for settlement discussions including mediation or alternate dispute resolution
  • Court appearances and trial
  • Preparation of all documents needed to start, develop, and finish your case

How the fixed fee helps you:

  1. No surprises. Spread out your legal fees predictably throughout your case, and you avoid unexpected monthly invoices.
  2. Talk freely. Never worry about getting billed for talking to your attorney. EVER.
  3. Control. Once your case gets resolved, you're done paying.

So. How much?

Can I get a discount?

No. If you're looking for a cheaper, inexperienced, or less specialized lawyer, you should call somewhere else. We hear there are some really great lawyers who advertise on the radio.

Now what?
